Solar Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for assisting business development requirements and engineering, focused on continual improvement for the company’s operations and efficiencies.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in solar projects, specifically in project engineering or management roles.
- Proficiency in project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Demonstrated expertise in the design of solar PV energy systems.
- Proven track record in project contracts management and client liaison.
- Self-starter with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong commitment to driving results and meeting project deadlines.
Qualification
- N.Dip Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Eligible to register with the Engineering Council of South Africa.
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
