Marketing and our Brand
- Ability to plan and execute multi-channel brand strategies.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge in crafting marketing & brand campaigns, and assessing brand impact.
- Expert knowledge on brand management, particularly in evaluating marketing contribution to business.
- Capable of developing comprehensive brand briefs & plans with defined value proposition, customer journeys, competition analysis, messaging, and budget management.
- Managing brand & production agencies for brand campaigns from concept to completion.
- Creating campaign timelines and relevant media channels to reach brand KPIs.
- Experience in utilizing brand trackers, brand guidelines, understanding consumer journeys, and managing external agencies.
- Creating detailed go-to-market plans for 360º brand campaigns and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- Creating & curating engaging social media schedules & campaigns, managing community interactions to enhance brand presence & ensuring a cohesive brand message.
- Monitoring & reporting social media performance through analytics while staying updated on the latest social media trends and platform changes.
- Copywriting ability & creating communication for both products, UX briefs, sales collateral & comms.
- Ability to facilitate & coordinate industry events for all target markets (where relevant).
Digital Marketing
- Advanced knowledge of online marketing channels, such as social media, search engines, email, and mobile apps.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, PR, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Using CRM software to manage customer data, interactions, and segmentation to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Monitoring performance marketing across channels (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.) to improve marketing ROI.
Data and Research
- Analyze data to uncover insights, using marketing tools to track KPIs and ROI.
- Analysis and reporting across multi-media platforms.
- Analyzing and presenting data to meet business objectives and preparing required monthly reports and presentations.
- Monitoring competitors & delivering relevant data & insights to drive business decisions.
- Experience in research methodology & execution, conducting various consumer & customer market research studies to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Manage internal and external research projects across all target markets from concept to completion and, where necessary, with independent research houses.
Management and Leadership
- Effectively communicates marketing objectives & supervises team members & agencies to ensure KPIs are met.
- Demonstrates skillful leadership by guiding and motivating the team, delegating tasks, and establishing clear goals.
- Provides tailored feedback and coaching opportunities for individual development.
Knowledge
- 5+ years as a marketing manager/in a similar role.
- An excellent understanding of brand and advertising communications as well as digital marketing.
- Experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, content marketing, CRM, video, email marketing, online PR, social media marketing.
- Deep understanding of marketing research methodologies & implementation.
- Proficiency in Keynote, Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets, Google Docs.
Skills
- Digital marketing expertise & strong analytical skills for campaign performance analysis.
- Proven track record in brand campaigns & product launches as well as growing brand & digital metrics.
- Articulate with excellent command of the English language, as well as excellent written communication.
- Ability to maximize productivity and manage deadlines with strong attention to detail.
