- Conduct thorough financial analysis to uncover opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and risk management, safeguarding financial stability.
- Foster collaborative relationships to optimise financial performance, nurturing a supportive environment.
- Mentor accounting and finance team for growth and success, fostering professional development.
- Drive continuous improvement for peak efficiency in finance, promoting innovation and progress.
- Provide invaluable financial insights and recommendations to senior management, guiding informed decisions.
- Analyse internal financial operations for scalability and enhancement, contributing to organisational growth.
- Design global company structure for tax efficiencies and IP ownership, ensuring strategic advantage.
- Lead financial operations team, including Finance, Analysis, and HR Administration, fostering a cohesive and dynamic work environment.
- Establish KPIs for business performance and collaborate with Sales for revenue growth, driving collective success.
- Utilise financial modelling and negotiation skills to manage costs and improve margin, maximising value.
- Implement SOPs, processes, and controls that foster efficiency and excellence.
- Take part in developing and executing budgets tailored to meet the unique needs of each department.
- Utilise data analysis to identify trends and opportunities, strategically forecasting future possibilities.
- Lead the oversight of audit procedures and internal control processes with diligence and precision.
- Evaluate company performance and assess potential risks, shaping a future grounded in informed decision-making.
What you need:
- Qualified CA(SA) registered with SAICA.
- Proven experience in a senior financial management role, with a track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent financial acumen and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis.
