Kingdom Services Group have an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Department.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00.
Salary: £40,000.00 Per Annum.
Where: This position is a Hybrid role, 3 days working in our Head Office, Newton-le-Willows WA12 area & 2 days working from home.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Change Management & Configuration: Own the configuration of our business apps, ensuring they align with what the business and end-users really need. You’ll oversee changes that make these tools more effective for everyone.
Collaborate with Users: Work closely with end-users to develop and refine requirements for change—translating feedback into functional updates that improve processes.
Drive Efficiency Improvements: Leverage the power of our existing systems to streamline business processes and make daily tasks easier.
Design New Solutions: Develop and implement requirements for new applications to adapt to our changing business landscape.
Document Everything: Keep application documentation clear, accurate, and up-to-date so everyone’s on the same page.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure all software and systems comply with industry standards, including Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 certifications.
Build Strong Vendor Relationships: Work with 3rd-party vendors, resellers, and support teams to manage changes, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.

What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst (or similar role) with a strong background in business applications.
Hands-on technical knowledge in configuration management.
Solid project management and business process improvement experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
