Our Client, an international Agricultural tech company, is seeking a HR Generalist to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and payroll, ensuring a productive and compliant workplace. This person can be based in Johannesburg or Stellenbosch.
Responsibilities
Recruitment: End-to-end hiring process.
Employee Relations: Handle concerns, resolve conflicts.
Performance: Assist with appraisals and improvement plans.
Training & Compliance: Coordinate training and ensure legal compliance.
Payroll: Work with finance on payroll and benefits.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in HR or related field.
Experience: 4+ years in HR.
Skills: Knowledge of HR laws, HRIS, MS Office, and strong communication.
