REQUIREMENTS - Matric
- 1 year experience in customer service
- Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve successfully
- Exposed to marketing to increase sales within the business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
DUTIES - Working alongside the Management Team
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients in the event space. Understand their needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction
- Identifying new business opportunities with key clients
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies
- Budgets, costing, compile quotations and tenders for projects
- Develop relationships with future key accounts
- Addressing and resolving key clients enquiries or problems
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
- Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client
- Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients needs are met
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goal
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their event experiences
Salary: R15k - R20k dependent on experience
