The
Business Analyst is responsible for managing national sales reports and ensuring data integrity. Key tasks include developing and automating sales data files and reports, collaborating with external suppliers, and overseeing lead management systems. The Analyst also identifies sales trends and provides insights based on the data.
Duties: - Manage and consolidate national sales reports (manual and automated) across campuses.
- Receive, store, and categorize weekly campus sales reports.
- Support National Heads and Campus Heads with report compilation and analysis.
- Consolidate sales data into comprehensive weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Ensure accuracy of sales data across all platforms.
- Identify and resolve data anomalies to maintain balanced data.
- Provide a balanced, consolidated sales tracker to the Sales Operations Manager.
- Attend sales calls to support teams with current and historical sales data as required.
Qualification Requirements: - Minimum of a Bachelors Degree (Business, Commerce, Marketing, Information Systems, or Computer Science)
Job Experience & Skills Required: - Requires 2 to 3 years of professional experience in analytics and reporting. Strong understanding of relevant regulations, including IFRS, PRA, and global standards.
