Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth industry research, market assessments, and competitive analyses
- Support deal origination and assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing M&A transactions
- Develop and review financial models, including cash flow projections, valuations, and sensitivity analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights to support business decisions
- Prepare comprehensive investment proposals, presentations, and due diligence documentation
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and regulatory developments affecting transactions
Qualifications: - 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally within M&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking
- Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated track record in financial modeling and valuation analysis
- If not a CA(SA), must possess a Masters Degree, FMVA, or CFA certification
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
