We are seeking an enthusiatic Guesthouse Supervisor to lead our small team and take our operations to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage all day-to-day operations of the guesthouse to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a small but dedicated team, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality.
- Sales & Marketing: Drive occupancy and grow revenue through proactive sales strategies, including local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and direct sales activities.
- Administrative Duties: Oversee administrative tasks such as reservations, invoicing, budgeting, and reporting to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
- Guest Relations: Foster positive guest relationships by ensuring personalized service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality supervision, preferably in a boutique or small hotel environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a small team.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with experience in growing occupancy and revenue.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic financial management.
