Requirements
Project Management experience: > 5 years Project Management Experience. Specific experience in logistics environment, supply chain management, warehousing (Advantage)
Industrial Engineering: > 5 years in a logistics environment or Relevant Industry (Beneficial)
Leadership experience in Project Management: > 5 years with effective staff performance management & development;
Facilitation skills: > 5 years effective experience in leading & influencing a diverse group through planning and/or problem solving activities for effective outcomes;
Financial: > 5 years effective experience in developing project budgets & managing actual versus budget, including CAPEX, OPEX and P&L’s;
End to End Project Life Cycle Management
Proven Track Record of Successful Project Implementation(s) to be Provided
Unendorsed license & own transport;
Ability to travel around South Africa
Excellent written & verbal communications skills;
Strong interpersonal skills & able to work in a collaborative & team-based environment;
Ability to employ effective problem-solving abilities;
Strong analytical and organizational skills

Purpose of the role
Responsible for implementing warehousing and / or transportation solutions, whilst managing stakeholder (internal & external) expectations throughout the project implementation phase. The candidate will be responsible to interact with and assist in the design, planning and execution of Business Specific Strategic Projects, client take-on’s and Continiuous Improvement Projects
- This role directly supports company objectives and contributes to identifying, analyzing and Supporting Strategic Projects
- Successful collaboration with EXCO, Operations teams, Clients, Contractors, & other internal and external stakeholders is critical
- The main objective is to Implement Company Projects successfully. (On Time, In Budget, within SCOPE)

- Apply risk management principles to all aspects of projects & engineering activities to ensure all risk factors are identified and mitigated where possible
- Reduce the time and cost of project execution.
