Junior Graphic Designer
About Us: We are a leading compounding pharmacy dedicated to providing tailored pharmaceutical solutions. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team.
Position Overview: As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in designing and creating digital marketing materials for social media and various platforms, while also assisting with product label printing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop concepts for packaging, social media graphics, email campaigns, websites, and more.
- Adhere to lead times and internal production constraints.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Edit and prepare production labels in various sizes, ensuring sign-off/approval before printing.
- Work closely with the marketing team and pharmacy staff to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Ensure artwork is accurate and supplied in the correct format, size, and color codes before sending to press and production facilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Matric and a graphic design qualification (advantageous).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office, and Canva.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to take direction while also working independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Openness to constructive feedback and a desire to grow.
- Effective communication skills.
