About Us: We are a leading compounding pharmacy dedicated to providing tailored pharmaceutical solutions. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team.

Position Overview: As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in designing and creating digital marketing materials for social media and various platforms, while also assisting with product label printing.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop concepts for packaging, social media graphics, email campaigns, websites, and more.
Adhere to lead times and internal production constraints.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Edit and prepare production labels in various sizes, ensuring sign-off/approval before printing.
Work closely with the marketing team and pharmacy staff to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Ensure artwork is accurate and supplied in the correct format, size, and color codes before sending to press and production facilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Matric and a graphic design qualification (advantageous).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office, and Canva.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to take direction while also working independently.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Openness to constructive feedback and a desire to grow.
Effective communication skills.
