Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and reservations
Control inventory, ordering, and cost management

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate and manage staff
Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills
Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial management
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary: R25,000 to R30,000 (based on experience)
