What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of brands within the company.
- Drive the execution of strategic marketing plans to achieve organisational goals and enhance brand recognition.
- Demonstrate year-on-year brand growth through effective marketing strategies.
- Ensure all marketing touchpoints maintain a consistent brand tone and design across all platforms.
- Exhibit strong leadership and management skills to ensure the marketing team operates efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain an excellent understanding of the industry, the company’s products and services.
- Research, propose and manage tools that enhance the marketing team's efficiency and performance.
- Present regular and actionable insights in reports to senior management to inform business strategy.
- Uphold high-quality standards for all marketing materials and communications, ensuring consistency and excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- 10 years of experience in marketing, including a management role with a focus on strategic planning.
- Proven success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in financial services marketing, with a solid understanding of finance.
- Familiarity with VC/PE technology (beneficial).
- Strong design sense and attention to visual detail.
- Proven experience in budget setting and management.
- Ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Excellent project management, multitasking and decision-making abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-performance environment.
