We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented IFA Administrator to work closely with our Financial Advisers and ensure our clients receive an exceptional service experience. Based in St Helens, this role offers a welcoming, collaborative environment and the opportunity to contribute to an established practice.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an IFA Administrator, you’ll be an essential support to our IFA’s and clients, handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Key duties include:

Supporting Financial Advisers by processing applications for Investment, Pensions and Protection products.
Managing client records on our CRM system (Intelligent Office) and maintaining compliance standards.
Preparing documentation for client meetings and following up on any required actions.
Liaising with providers to gather information and ensure timelines are met.
Organising and scheduling client reviews in line with service agreements.
Acting as a reliable point of contact for clients, addressing non-advice queries, and keeping them updated on their cases.

Knowledge of Intelligent Office and tools such as Selecta Pension, Cash Calc, and Dynamic Planner is a plus.
