Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct product application trials on new products
- Assist in the development of products and exploration of new markets
- Provide customer training as needed
- Perform on-site testing and evaluation of products as required by clients
- Contribute to new product development for butchers and large factories to expand market opportunities
- Collaborate with Senior Food Technologists in liaising with customers
- Offer technical advisory services to butchers, including consultations on product quality, production capacities, and efficiencies
- Assist in the implementation of quality control/assurance systems to enhance production output and product shelf life
- Research potential new markets for business growth
- Analyze and report on sales leads related to clients
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or Food Science – Graduates, no experience needed
Knowledge and Experience:
0-2 years’ experience
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
