Position: Key Account Administrator

We are currently seeking a Key Account Administrator to join our dynamic account management team on a full-time basis.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Managers with administrative requirements of managed portfolio of customers.
- Create success by ensuring sound understanding of invoicing requirements for assigned customers.
- Complete weekly pre-invoicing checks to ensure complete revenue capture and final invoice accuracy.
- Process third-party invoice charges as per company procedures.
- Review uninvoiced consignments, identify root cause of the issue and implement resolution to enable final invoice and prevention for future occurrences.
- Identify and escalate questionable charges and issues to Account Manager or Key Account Manager.
- For assigned customers receiving specialised invoices, process final invoices and submit via customer external systems on time, ensuring invoices are complete and accurate in accordance with customer requirements.
- Maintain a reconciliation file to ensure all invoice rejections are monitored and resolved in a timely manner.
- Rectify customer invoicing issues and complaints, identifying root cause, resolution, and preventative actions.
- Add value to customers and the company by working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve invoicing accuracy and process efficiency.
