Our client in the banking industry is looking for a SAP Systems Analyst with HCM Module and Payroll experience to join their team.
The role will ensure stability and full functionality within area of responsibility, (Payroll and Time). SIT testing of tax updates, patches, bundles, upgrades, with the partnership of the payroll team.
You will provide operational support to end users to optimize their experience with SAP EC payroll, ensuring smooth functionality and resolving technical payroll issues as they arise. You will be responsible for maintaining the SAP payroll system, ensuring it remains compliant with regulations, operates efficiently, and stays up to date with the latest software developments. Additionally, you will keep abreast of payroll legislation to ensure ongoing compliance.
Experience
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Ability configure EC data models, workflows, MDF Alerts & business rules, benefits, time off, document templates and new setups such as wage type configurations
- Understanding of business Human Capital Management processes
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of the payroll integration to SAP S4
- Formal Integration practices
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Systems Analysis Methodologies
- 5-7 years’ experience in SAP and Data Integration in the following areas:
- SAP HCM (PY)
- ECC or ECP Payroll
- Integration with S4 FICO modules
- SAP SuccessFactors role-based permissions / authorisations (incl. GRC)
- HCM Master Data
- SAP Workflow
- Understanding of Role based permissions.

- Systems Implementation and Technical Systems Support
- Developing Integrations

- Jira Core
- Confluence
- ITIL Principles and the application thereof

- Experience in SF compensation and variable pay is advantageous
- Experience in point-to-point replication between SF EC and SAP ECP is an advantage
