Our client in Somerset West working in the fruit export industry is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support with the function to fill the gaps between the business needs and IT capabilities.
The position involves the following:
- Project management from packing at supplier to end customer
- Manage the information systems across pack house and export facility
- Implement technical solutions according to internal and supplier needs
- Analysis of business processes
- Business & Data system Analysis and new recommendations
- System setup and Masterfile administration
- Identify areas to improve and develop the system
- Training and support to users
- Keep up to date with export industry standards
Minimum Requirements and skills:
- Matric with Bachelor’s degree Logistics or related field
- Understanding the flow from supplier and packing facilities to end customer
- Excellent understanding of export systems, vlookups and pivot tables
- 5 years’ Fruit industry experience in a similar role
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Valid drivers license
Salary: R20 000 – R40 000 (Experience based)
