We are looking for a Sales Promoter whose role would be to recruit and manage a team of Direct Sales Representatives to distribute and sell our M-KOPA products such as phones in and around the Soweto region.

Responsibilities

Recruit, manage, and coach a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives to meet and surpass set targets.
Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure they meet the right standards.
Oversee the allocation of M-KOPA sales products and devices to your direct sales force team.
Manage inventory and resolve audit recommendations following the set audit resolution guidelines.

Qualifications

Background in sales or sales management, particularly in microfinance, mobile money, FMCG, or financial services.
Certification in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
Fluency in local languages and excellent sales and negotiation skills.
