Technical Sales Representative - Access Platforms
As a Technical Sales Representative in the Access Platforms sector, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and maintain strong client relationships within the assigned area(s). You will be tasked with managing all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach to achieve sales targets and uphold the company's values and standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales within the assigned area(s) to drive revenue growth.
- Manage client relationships by understanding their needs, proposing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee key operational functions including human resources, safety compliance, equipment maintenance, sales administration, and financial management.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in sales administration processes to support the sales team.
- Adhere to operational standards for cranes, focusing on safety and compliance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to onsite operators and assistants to enhance team performance.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Possession of a Sales, Marketing, or Engineering Diploma/Degree is preferred.
- A valid driver's license.
- Exposure to Project Management methodology.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Platforms (MEWP/Cherry Picker) industry is advantageous.
- Computer literacy is essential for effective sales administration and communication.
