Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internet Outbound Telesales Consultant to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone and digital platforms, presenting products or services, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of telesales processes and excellent communication skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce Forbtech's products and services.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight product benefits tailored to customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
- Identify customer needs, offer solutions, and handle objections effectively to close sales.
- Manage leads through the sales pipeline using Zoho CRM to log calls, update customer records, and track progress.
- Follow up on leads and prospects promptly, maintaining a proactive approach.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and service offerings to maintain expert product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer interactions and sales strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in outbound telesales, preferably within an internet or technology-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms and CRM software (experience with Zoho CRM is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and implement new sales strategies.
- Resilience in handling objections and staying positive in the face of challenges.

Requirements Desired Experience & Qualification Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience). Technical Experience: Proven experience in a technical leadership role within an MSP or similar environment. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity.
