Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained throughout operations.
Perform cleaning tasks on solar arrays, inverters, and batteries.
Follow instructions to assist in using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques to ensure effective cleaning.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) for working at heights and handling cleaning materials.
Participate in safety briefings and follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Report any safety hazards, incidents, or near misses.
Show a willingness to learn and improve skills related to solar panel maintenance and safety.
Assist in the setup and operation of cleaning equipment, including pressure washers and other tools.
Efficiently manage and use cleaning materials, ensuring proper disposal of waste.
Help maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
Report any findings or issues identified during cleaning tasks.
Assist with basic inspections and scanning of solar panels, inverters, and batteries.
Complete required documentation and reports as instructed.
Qualifications and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent education, coupled with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
Leadership qualities and ability to work independently while managing team performance is a plus.
No prior experience required; preferred Working at Heights training with a valid medical certificate (training can be provided for selected candidates).
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations is beneficial.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Working Conditions:
Site office will be based in East Lynne, Pretoria.
Working hours vary based on site conditions, with the primary clock-in at 07:00. Flexibility to accommodate client schedules is required.

Remuneration:
Starting from R 8 000 per month. A remuneration package will be assessed after the probation period.
