Introduction
Primary purpose of the job is to handle administrator related rejections professionally and within SOP’s and SLA. Action diary handling, LIFEDA Mailbox delivery confirmations, and follow-up on queries within required timelines.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operational and quality performance
- Completion of daily allocated work according to SLA requirements.
- Queries appropriately followed up until finalized.
- Telephonic interaction with patients and other health care professionals where needed.
- Competency in SOP assessments.
Customer service and internal process compliance (Quality assurance) - Professional treatment of clients in accordance with company standards.
- High level of confidentiality maintained.
Productivity and Time management - Productive and available according to hours as stipulated in contract.
- ESS: Responsibility to manage leave in accordance with company policies.
- Eco time compliance: Daily clocking procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Compliance with Company Policy relating to Housekeeping.
