Role Summary :
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid finance background with experience in managing VAT, tax submissions, and management accounts, and will be capable of liaising effectively with auditors. This position will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance while providing critical support in management reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
- VAT & Tax Submission : Oversee and manage timely VAT and tax submissions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Management Accounts : Prepare and maintain accurate management accounts, ensuring financial integrity and accuracy.
- Auditor Collaboration : Work closely with external auditors to prepare for audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and financial records are in order.
- Management Reporting : Prepare regular management reports, analyzing financial data and providing insights for decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Education : Completed B.Com Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience : 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record in financial management and reporting.
Key Skills :
- Strong knowledge of VAT and tax regulations
- Proficiency in preparing management accounts
- Familiarity with audit processes and requirements
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
