Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Operations Business Partner to support financial planning, analysis, and operational decision-making. This role will work closely with various departments to enhance financial performance, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive operational efficiencies within the food and beverage sector.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operational teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making across departments, particularly in areas of cost control, profitability, and process optimization.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial performance and recommend improvements.
- Support inventory and cost management, analyzing stock levels, cost of goods sold (COGS), and supply chain efficiencies.
- Manage financial compliance, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
- Lead or participate in projects to streamline financial processes and implement system improvements.
- Act as a key finance contact for operational teams, fostering collaboration and providing guidance on financial matters.

- 5+ years of experience in a finance operations or business partnering role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial compliance.
- Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA, CIMA, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
