Job Title: Team Leader - Saves/New Acquisition
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our Saves/New Acquisition team at Vodacom. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer retention and acquisition growth, leading a team of agents, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Saves/New Acquisition agents to achieve sales and retention targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and acquisition rates
- Monitor and analyze team performance, providing coaching and feedback to agents
- Identify and address training needs to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and team efficiency
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or telesales, with 1+ year in a leadership role
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience with performance management and process improvement
