OUTBOUND : DIALER SPECIALIST
We are looking for a skilled Dialer Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our outbound dialing system, ensuring efficient and effective customer contact. The ideal candidate will have experience with dialer software, strong analytical skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain outbound dialer system, including configuration and troubleshooting
- Monitor and analyze dialer performance, making adjustments to optimize results
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement dialer strategies to improve customer engagement
- Provide training and support to users on dialer software and best practices
- Identify and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary
