MAIN PURPOSE
The Customer Service Agent: Saves role involves managing challenging inbound and outbound calls related to cancellations. The primary objective of this position is to retain existing clients, resolve their concerns, and ensure they continue to do business with our company
Key Accountabilities
- Answering inbound calls timeously.
- Be professional and polite at all times.
- Listening attentively to customer queries.
- Responding to customer queries accurately.
- Ensure that quality standards are met.
- Familiarize oneself with products and procedures.
- Retain existing customers who wants to cancel their current contracts.
- Achieve churn and up/cross selling targets.
- Communication to customers telephonically and via email.
- Attending to general administration.
- Conduct customer needs analysis.
- Achieve quality targets.
- Overcome customer objections.
- Adhering to service level agreements.
