Skills & Experience:
6-8 years of IT support experience youve seen it all and know how to handle just about any tech challenge
Proficiency in Office365, Intune, and Autopilot to streamline user and device management
Certifications in Servers, Networks, Hardware, and ITIL to back up your knowledge with credentials
Experience with Cisco Meraki network equipment and AWS Connect is a big plus!
A solid understanding of Information Security principles to ensure data and systems are protected

Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
