Fitter Turner Machinist
Our client, a privately owned company specializing in premium maintenance equipment, is looking for a skilled professional to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, design, and build new production machinery in line with product specifications
Routine servicing and maintenance of production machines
Attending to breakdowns, identifying faults, problem-solving, and repairing production machines and tools
Manufacture and maintenance of Blanking, forming, and progression tools
Planning repair work, reporting on breakdown root causes, and raising concerns to management
Ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 requirements
Carrying out and documenting engineering level changes and modifications
Requirements
Qualification as a Fitter Turner Machinist
Trade test as a Fitter Turner Machinist
Minimum 10 years' experience in the relevant field
Experience in a production environment, including operation and maintenance of production machinery
Competence with CNC vertical machining centers, CNC Lathes, Wire EDM, and Robotic Welding systems
Own transport and driver's license
