Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Lead, manage, and motivate staff across various departments, fostering a positive work environment. Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any inquiries or concerns professionally. Maintain close coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure the lodge is always at its best. Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and ensure profitability while maintaining service excellence. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Assist with marketing and guest relations to enhance the lodges reputation and occupancy rates. Requirements: Proven experience as a Lodge Manager, Resident Manager, or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of hospitality management software is an advantage.
