Key Responsibilities: Manage daily duties and departmental teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Drive the guiding department's goals by planning and implementing strategic management plans. Foster relationships with reserve and regional representatives. Oversee and control guiding-related budget lines. Provide guests with the highest quality game experiences, respecting their preferences and dietary needs. Maintain and clear off-road tracks, ensuring safe travel routes. Host guests in alignment with the lodges standards of excellence. Prioritize safety for both guests and staff at all times. Ensure the maintenance and care of vehicles and guiding equipment. Undertake assigned administrative duties. Qualifications: Facilitator and Assessor qualification (advantageous). Valid registration with DEAT. Valid First Aid Certificate. Valid Advanced Rifle Handling certificate and SAPS competency. Valid Drivers License and PDP. Fire boss skills (advantageous). 4x4 driving skills. Basic knowledge of labor law.
