Key Responsibilities: Formulate, manage, and implement strategic marketing and brand initiatives. Oversee daily operations of the in-house marketing team and liaise with external resources. Develop and maintain a cohesive social media strategy, focusing on storytelling and audience engagement. Identify and collaborate with relevant media and influencers to amplify brand messaging. Create and oversee all marketing materials, including direct campaigns, sales collateral, and press releases. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Conduct market analyses and monitor competitive activities to inform strategies. Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines across all marketing channels. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress. Attend internal and external meetings to coordinate marketing outputs. Collaborate with the marketing team and agencies to create project timelines and plans. Maintain quality control of all marketing outputs. Write and distribute press releases to media contacts. Oversee the management of a digital asset management (DAM) system. Establish and maintain a client database in collaboration with the marketing team. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of marketing management experience, in luxury hospitality. Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities. Experience in PR and copywriting is advantageous. Highly active on social media with a strong understanding of current trends. Own transport is required.
