Job Description: My client wants dynamic and motivated Estate Agents to join their team. As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing properties on the market, engaging in cold calling, meeting with property sellers to secure mandates, dealing with potential buyers, negotiating terms, and closing sales. You will receive full training across all areas, equipping you with the skills necessary for success in the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and source properties that are currently on the market for sale. Actively engage in cold calling to potential property sellers to secure meetings. Set up and attend meetings with property sellers, pitch for property mandates, and build strong client relationships. Manage inquiries from potential buyers, facilitate viewings, and provide necessary property information. Negotiate terms between buyers and sellers, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the deal. Successfully close sales and achieve targets. Participate in comprehensive training programs provided by the company to hone your skills in each aspect of real estate sales. Requirements: Self-motivated and target-driven individual. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable transport. Previous sales or cold calling a must.
