- Contribute to exciting strategic initiatives that shape the future of assessment and development.
What you need:
- Honours Degree in Psychology / Industrial Psychology required.
- A Masters Degree in Psychology / Industrial Psychology would be advantageous.
- Be a registered Psychometrist or Psychologist with the HPCSA.
- Bring over 5 years of experience, including two years in administering competency and psychometric assessments.
- Be the expert advising Line Managers and elevating HR capabilities in assessment governance and practice.
