Estimator / Project Manager
We are a small Insurance Repair company and have a vacancy for an Estimator / Project Manager.
Duties
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Inspect and report on damages for insurance companies.
- Estimate, quote on the damages inspected.
- Write reports.
- Manage the repair process on acceptance of the quote.
- Buying of material for smaller jobs.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
Must have a proven track record in the following:
- Experience working in the construction industry.
- Experience with working with people and building relationships.
- Experience working with deadlines and under pressure.
- This job will require someone who has a valid driver's license and who is able to climb ladders to do roof and other building inspections.
Package & Remuneration
Package includes a Company car, petrol and a cell phone allowance. Basic salary negotiable depending on experience.
