Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Technical discipline (Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering) or equivalent.
Job Experience: At least 15 years of relevant job experience in mining or other heavy industry, with at least 5 to 10 years in similar managerial roles. Experience managing base metals flotation processes, particularly with Woodgrove’s Direct Flotation Reactors (DFR), is a distinct advantage.
Managerial Experience: Strong preference for experience with large capital mining projects, from engineering completion stage through plant ramp up.
Operational Experience: Experience with the start-up of concentrator operations and managing all concentrator activities of significant scale and complexity. Cold climate experience or experience in remote/extreme locations is preferred.
