Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment of Portfolios: Manage monthly assessment plans, assess portfolios within 30 days, complete required documentation, provide feedback, and ensure quality assurance.
- Administration: Capture and update assessment results, maintain effective document storage and archiving processes.
- Learner Support: Schedule assessments, manage learner support, and coordinate with the training team.
Additional Functions: - Monitor and improve the quality of assessments.
- Conduct coaching sessions for peer and constituent assessors.
- Provide feedback to facilitators.
- Moderate assessments where applicable.
- Expand assessment expertise and registrations as needed.
Required Qualifications: - Services SETA registrations: Business Practice NQF 1, Business Administration NQF 3, Generic Management NQF 4, Project Management NQF 4, Contact Centre Operations NQF 4.
- Wholesale and Retail SETA registrations: Wholesale and Retail Operations Supervision NQF 4, Wholesale and Retail Operations Management NQF 5.
