Position: Paid Media Specialist/Media Buyer
Salary: R30k – R45k
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Media Specialist / Media Buyer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and email marketing platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in driving successful paid media campaigns.
Qualifications Required:
• At least 2 years of digital marketing experience
• Driver’s license and own transportation
• Bachelor’s degree
• Digital marketing certification (Google, Facebook, Udemy courses, etc.)
Experience Required:
Hard Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of Facebook Business Manager: campaign setup, A/B testing, catalog syncing, FB Pixel/Conversions API, events, custom conversions, retargeting
• Extensive knowledge of Google MCC: account onboarding, bid adjustments, keyword research, PMAX campaigns, budget allocation, retargeting
• Extensive knowledge of Google Merchant Centre and Facebook Commerce
• Basic knowledge of TikTok Business Manager: campaign setup, A/B testing, catalog syncing, conversions, custom conversions
• Basic knowledge of Klaviyo (or alternative): list management, segmentation, flow building
• UTM configuration
• Report generation and analysis
Soft Skills:
• Analytical and creative approach
• Effective communication within the team and with clients
• Timely completion of deliverables and meeting client expectations/deadlines
• Problem-solving skills to pivot strategies and meet KPIs
Beneficial Skills:
• Experience with WordPress / WooCommerce / Shopify

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing platforms
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad creatives and copy
• Manage budget allocation and bid strategies
• Create detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media
• Align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives
• Test new ad formats, platforms, and strategies to improve campaign performance
