- Technical Support: Provide exceptional telephone and on-site commissioning support, assisting clients with technical inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with sales personnel during site visits to identify application opportunities and assist in designing control systems and selecting appropriate equipment.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all site visit documentation is completed accurately and adhere to safety regulations.
What Were Looking For: - Experience: Proven background in Control Systems/Automation sales.
- Educational Background: National Senior Certificate / Matric; a Diploma in electronics and/or electrical engineering is advantageous.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in power transmission and industrial automation is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with excellent report writing skills.
