This role requires an individual who will take ownership of the spare parts and maintenance storerooms, ensuring efficient organization and management of critical resources. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating the Bill of Materials (BOM) for assets, managing stock levels for both spare parts and consumables, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers, both locally and internationally. You'll be responsible for timely ordering, receiving, and importing parts, conducting weekly cycle counts, and performing monthly stock counts with a keen eye for accuracy. Proficiency in SAP, effective document control, and knowledge of food safety and GMP standards are essential. Candidates must be computer literate, with a good command of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams, and possess a valid drivers and forklift license.
