Candidate requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality related field
- Min of 5years experience within management preferably within a luxury organization
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- The ability to understand or speak Zulu would be an enormous benefit
- Excellent administration skills with above average computer literacy (pastel, Micros, Opera, Semper)
- Valid drivers license with PDP essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Valid first aid certification
- Excellent management and leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff
- Well presented with impeccable hygiene and sober habits
- Good all-rounder knowledge of all departments in a lodge
This is a live-in position with all meals and laundry. 6/2 cycle with medical aid and provident fund contributions
