Genesis Medical Scheme is seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant.
The position is aimed at a suitable candidate who is client focused, energetic and who has the ability to perform to the highest standards, while working effectively with a diversity of people, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the dentist
- Interacting and communicating effectively
- Maintaining the high standards of quality as set by the Scheme
- Handling dental enquiries
The successful candidate must be in possession of the following:
- Excellent knowledge and work experience in a dental environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Matric
- 2-3 years relevant work experience within a medical establishment environment
