Santam’s Non-Motor department has a position available for a Client Service Manager who will be based at Hill on Empire
ROLE DESCRIPTION
• Attending to complaints regarding repair work, settlement of claims.
• Entry point for complaints from the Client Care Department (Ombudsman, Internal Arbitrator)
• Providing technical assistance(non-motor assessing claims) in all matters claims related.
• Facilitate Claims Committee meetings.
• Facilitate Rejection letter process.
• Audit claims to determine training requirements for assessors.
• Entry point for Claims Technical Advice.
• Technical support to assessors.
• Continuous technical and upskilling of Desktop Assessors.
• To curb LEO (Lost Economic Opportunity)
• Moderation of building claims above mandate >R30,000.00.
• On the job peer coaching.
• Random physical merit check on non-motor Desktop claims.
• Service Providers Closed Files Reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Matric
• At least 5 years’ experience in the non-motor Desktop claims environment (assessment)
• Computer literacy (MS office)
• Symbility literacy
• Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance (NQF5) or AME(Assessor-Moderator-Evaluator or Equivalent Qualification
