we are looking for an experienced IT infrastructure & automation specialist to manage IT assets,security and network infrastructure
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Monitor, maintain, and upgrade the company’s servers, networks, hardware, and IT assets.
Oversee the management and optimization of routers, switches, and network configurations.
Ensure efficient internet connectivity and monitor internet speed, troubleshooting issues when
necessary.
Manage phone lines, internet service providers (ISPs), and related IT services.
Collaborate with IT service providers for installations, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
Ensure system backups, redundancy, and disaster recovery solutions are in place and tested
regularly.
Maintain & monitor production IT infrastructure
Maintain & monitor clocking IT infrastructure
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls,
routers, and switches.
Proficiency in Python programming for automation.
Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
Familiarity with server infrastructure and virtualization (Docker).
Strong knowledge of firewalls, security practices, and data protection policies.
Strong knowledge in Microsoft
Excel
