The opportunity:
Responsible for co-leading the strategic choices and E2E execution across customer teams of the sales fundamentals and the external customer relationships so that the organization delivers positive, balanced and consistent value creation. Requires strong stewardship knowledge to provide the proper direction to the organization. Requires strong organization skills to manage the career and training of the finance organization and to influence sales organization decisions.

Job Qualifications - 0 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration or any related field, coupled with a passion for numbers and business strategy.
- Proven ability to make business recommendations based on financial analysis and understanding of business strategy.
- Previously worked with big data sets and the ability to present the data efficiently to support business decisions - preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Good skills in budget management.
- Ideally with commercial/sales experience.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI or other data analysis and presentation tools are an advantage.
- Collaboration and leadership skills, able to empower and influence.
- Excellent command of English.
