Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY
We believe in putting people first, which is why, as a Recruitment Administrator, you will be part of the People & Culture team supporting what is the heart of our organisation. You will work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders in bringing exceptional talent into the business, through posting job adverts, reviewing, and pre-screening applications. You will spend equal time over the phone as well as via email in communicating with a large number of contacts, require a high level of concentration in sending out offer letters and contracts of employment, as well as loading data onto the People HR system and internal trackers. The role will also involve organising new staff onboarding programmes, working closely with managers and scheduling induction sessions with new starters for a smooth transition into the company. Confidentiality and professionalism are key requirements for this role, along with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Responsible for the daily updating of the HR tracker and People HR systems, including the filing of all HR-related documentation.
- Taking lead responsibility for the preparation and placing of role descriptions on the website and associated advertising platforms.
- Liaising heavily with agencies as the main contact point in coordinating all vacancies, providing accurate information as quickly as possible.
- Assessing all applications through screening and arranging calls and interviews. This will include logging all applicants within a recruitment tracker for ongoing review and data analysis.
- Monitoring and managing the dedicated People inbox, dealing with initial candidate and staff queries, and delegating out to the appropriate team member as necessary.
- Working alongside colleagues throughout the entire search, selection, and placement process, assisting with all aspects of candidate care, from application through to feedback stage, and preparing standard offer letters and employment contracts.
- Assisting in the onboarding experience for new starters by making welcome calls, scheduling induction sessions, and being available for any questions.
- Delivering inductions to new staff from our Head Office and ensuring each new starter has been added to Office Vibe and LinkedIn Learning for inclusivity.
- Ensuring that right to work, DBS, and driving licence checks are carried out for all relevant staff.
- Providing monthly reports to the P&C Director on various recruitment trends.
- Providing support to team members as needed and in support of your development.

WHO YOU ARE
KNOWLEDGE
- Good general standard of education (ideally educated to a B-Tech or similar)
- Demonstrable customer and colleague support experience in a similarly focused environment
- A minimum of 6 months experience within a corporate office-based environment working to deadlines
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and, ideally, HRIS
- An appreciation of the utmost importance assigned to confidentiality and data security in a business such as ours
