SALES REPRESENTATIVE

ABOUT ROLE:
We are looking for a well experienced sales representative to cover East Midlands region. This role involves door to door and online sales and you will work few days in a week.
You will be responsible for generating business leads, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings to generate client demand.
All applicants must live in the UK and eligible to work in the UK and preferably a licenced driver.
You will acquire leads and prospects and strive to turn them to clients for TRZ CARE.
Responsibilities
- Door to door sales.
- Devise effective sales and marketing strategies for the company.
- Identify target market, leads and prospects within East Midland regions and contact them.
- Connect and engage with target market, leads and prospects through cold call, email, and face to face marketing.
- Come up with new sales ideas.
- Develop sales pitches, proposals, and procedures to draw in more clients and streamline work operations.
- Constantly represent the organisation in a positive and constructive manner, you will be the first point of contact for TRZ CARE, your first impression will count.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Present, promote and sell our services using solid & valid means to leads and prospective customers.
- Work to achieve set targets and goals and Meet sales target.
- Work from the office when required ONLY.
- Build & develop an internal process to track, manage, and log all activities.
- Complete sales feedback sheet where you document your daily activities & feedback.
- Bonus available.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to hold a conversation and Strong phone presence.
- At least 6 months sales experience required.
- Candidate is required to work only few days weekly.
- Ability to Convert qualified leads to sales.
- Friendly with a positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Strong sales prospecting and negotiation skills.
- Full UK Driver's Licence is essential.
- Experience in door-to-door sales.
- Great team player but also able to work independently and effectively.
- Basic use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft outlook)

Pay: £15,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
