Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the business in our African export markets.
- Drive pricing strategies to ensure sales growth and gross profit balance.
- Assist in setting up operations in Africa where appropriate.
- Build and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in new and existing markets.
- Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring the highest service levels.
- Provide comprehensive product training to distributors and customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize promotional efforts.
- Ensure succession plans and continuous development within the sales team.
Minimum Requirements:
- A relevant Degree or Marketing Qualification.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a Business Development Management role.
- Computer literacy in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM Software.
- A valid Code 8 driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Language skills in Portuguese or French (advantageous).
- Previous African travel and experience (advantageous).
- Knowledge of the Automotive sector (advantageous).
